Services & booking
CMK Photography offers portrait, event, and creative photography services in the Brooklyn, New York area. Project details, availability, location, pricing, deliverables, and delivery timelines are agreed upon in writing before a booking is confirmed.
Payments
Any deposit, payment schedule, and remaining balance will be disclosed in the individual written quote or booking agreement. Payments, if enabled, will be processed through a secure payment provider. Do not send card information by email.
Cancellations & refunds
Cancellation, rescheduling, deposit, and refund terms will be provided to the client in writing before payment is requested. Refund eligibility depends on those agreed terms and applicable law. Contact CMK Photography with any billing concerns.
Delivery & fulfillment
Photography is a service. The expected date and method for delivery of edited digital images, and any separately purchased physical products, will be specified in the booking agreement.
Privacy
If you contact CMK Photography, the information you provide will be used to respond to your inquiry and coordinate your project. This website does not currently collect contact form submissions or directly process payments. If analytics, a form, or online checkout are added, this notice should be updated accordingly.
